Management Team

Salil Pande, founder and CEO (Sales and Business Development), has strong background in operations and sales from his experience as an executive of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, where he was the head of Emerging Markets, and as director of sales at Corporate Executive Board, where he was a star sales executive, closing more than 200 accounts with Fortune 3,000 prospects in three years. Salil manages sales and business development efforts for the company. He is an MBA from University of Chicago, masters from Texas A&M, and undergraduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Christopher Koo, co-founder and COO (Strategy, Finance, and Deployment), brings to the team a solid functional expertise in management consulting and finance, as well as education industry experience. He was previously a manager at Monitor Group, leading valuation, budget redesign, and turnaround projects. He also worked as an Associate for the Apollo Group, the largest for-profit education provider in the world, and in that capacity, was responsible for identifying and activating transaction opportunities in various regions. Chris manages strategy and operations for the business. He is an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and an undergraduate from ITA, in Brazil.

Paritosh Desai, Product Management, has solid user-centered design as well as technology management expertise. Paritosh has significant technology management experience as a senior manager at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants and as a consultant at Accenture. Paritosh will be focused on developing the product strategy and user experience. Paritosh has a master in design methods from Institute of Design – Chicago, a master in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree from NIT, in India.

Paul Ironside is a dynamic and goal-oriented executive with a 15+ year track record of success in national / global sales, marketing, and operations leadership. Most recently he was the SVP of Sales and Chief Customer Officer at Parature and prior to that an Executive Director at Corporate Executive Board.

Venkat Krishnamurthy is a serial entrepreneur with deep technology background, business strategy experience, and startup acumen. Currently the CTO of Checkpoint Systems Inc. (NYSE: CKP), Venkat has founded several business, amongst which is Align (NASDAQ: ALGN, Market Cap of $1.34 billion). Venkat received 2001 Oscar Award for the creation of the Paraform Software for 3D Digital Form Development.
